I'm delighted to be joining Berry Hill and can't wait to get to know and support all the children and their families. When I'm not at school, I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy reading, playing board games, and exploring the beautiful places around us. I especially love going for walks with my dog Bella – she is a great companion and often chimes in during conversations! Picking just one favourite children's book is tricky since there are so many great ones, but I’d say 'Percy the Park Keeper' and 'The Tiger who Came to Tea' are definitely at the top of my list.

I am excited to have joined the Berry Hill family. I am an avid reader and love using books to inspire my teaching - creating stories of our own and writing non-fiction texts to explain and persuade. I also have a keen interest in all hands-on learning and bringing learning to life using technology and art and design. At home, I live on the edge of the forest and I enjoy taking my two daughters for walks in all seasons. We are also fans of the cinema and enjoy laughing at family films together. My favourite book has been adapted into a television series and a film - 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe' by C S Lewis which takes me on a great journey as I travel through exciting lands with magical creatures.
